Overnight Strawberry Banana Oats

Ingredients 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk ½ Tablespoons chia seeds 2 Medjool dates - pitted and diced ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup rolled-oats

Directions Add all ingredients in a large mason jar. Put the lid on the mason jar, shake it up, and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning you can either eat the oats cold or pop them in the microwave for a hearty hot breakfast.


I layer this breakfast with smashed strawberries and freshly sliced bananas.
